Hello and thank you for visiting our site.   We realize that you are likely under a great deal of stress at this moment in search of a counselor.  The information provided within is to try and help acquaint you with our team, services and what to expect during the initial meeting.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Perhaps you're down, anxious, heartbroken, or unsure how to proceed, maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, we are here to work with you where you are at at this moment.  Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and we promote behavioral transformation by encouraging an inquisitive outlook and the adoption of new strategies and responses.  We have the tools and professional experience to help you get moving in a positive direction.

Each session is scheduled for 45 minutes.  During the initial session, we will spend time gathering information and building an understanding of what is bringing you to our office.  The next several sessions will be custom-designed to help you to solidify and expand your goals of change.
